Hello everyone,

I hope you're doing well! I wanted to share a brief update about what I've been working on recently and what's ahead in my professional journey.

Over the past few months, I've been focusing on finishing my schooling as I am now 9 classes away from graduating. I am excited to soon start looking for a new career in IT. As I come closer to the end of the road for this degree path I am very thankful for the lessons I have learned, and the new skills I will be able to apply as I transition into a new career path. I have enjoyed my time in the Medical Cannabis industry but I do not want to do it for the rest of my adult life, this is what motivated me to go back to school while working full time.

Looking ahead, I'm excited to begin the process of obtaining my CompTIA certifications. I have already been studying for my A+ and plan to take it as soon as I finish this semseter. I have also began volunteering at my church to help with the church's livestreams and other technical issues they may have, in hopes to give back and help my resume when transitioniong in to the IT field. I have also began networking with professionals in the programming world to maybe secure an internship or basic starter role. I plan to transition fully out of my current position by this time next year or beginning of the following year.
